Juneteenth & International Surf Day
June 19, 2021 is International Surf Day AND Juneteenth. We want to invite everyone out for a Paddle for Peace x Surfrider SD BBQ at La Jolla Shores. The BBQ will be vegan/vegetarian style with drinks and Paddle for Peace will have free surf lessons! Come hang with us and celebrate FREEDOM!

About the event
June 19, 2021 is International Surf Day AND Juneteenth. We want to invite everyone out for a Paddle for Peace x Surfrider SD BBQ at La Jolla Shores. The BBQ will be vegan/vegetarian style with drinks (free while supplies last) as a thank you for supporting our organizations. Paddle for Peace will also be giving out free surf lessons. We will have Pro Long Boarder Nique Miller as one of our special surf instructors!
If you do not surf, Surfrider SD will be hosting a beach clean up this day as well for people to take part in. Come eat, hang out and have some fun in the sun!
